This event will be held for Southside Primary School and all donations will be awarded to them on Monday August 12th 2024. This event will be held from 10am-4pm at the Spanish Trails Amphitheater in Crestview. It will be outdoors but the vendors will be set up under the amphitheater in order to stay dry in case of rain. Food vendors will be set up in their food trucks. Vendors may begin setting up at 8am on the day of the event and should begin breaking down and cleaning up at 3pm.
When you arrive to the event, Look for Moe and she will give you your assigned spot.
If you need Electricity, Please email email@example.com and let Moe know, you will require a space with electricity.
Space approval will occur only after receipt of registration. While there is no other fees involved we do hope you would consider making a donation out of the kindness of your heart. Just look for Moe at the event should you wish to make a donation.
Vendors are responsible for setting up and bringing your own tables, Chairs, tents etc. Vendors are also responsible for cleaning up their assigned area and removing debris after the event has ended.
We will only have ONE vendor per company to keep competition to a minimal. First come first served. Please register early!
